ALTA ENDORSEMENTS - 104 - SAMPLES AND DESCRIPTIONS FUTURE ADVANCE – PRIORITY – FORM 14 Form 14 is the broadest type of Future Advance coverage and is only available in states that provide absolute priority for the additional advances, without regard to the knowledge (even the actual knowledge) of the insured lender. All requirements of state law must be met, such as the inclusion of specific language on the face of the recorded mortgage.
