ALTA ENDORSEMENTS - 164 - SAMPLES AND DESCRIPTIONS SAME AS SURVEY – FORM 25-06 ALTA Endorsement — Form 25-06 is available for both owner’s and loan policies. It insures that the Land described in Schedule A is legally identical to the land shown on the defined survey, despite the fact that there is different language in each description. The Company requires a final, fully executed survey drawn to satisfactory standards by a licensed surveyor which depicts the same property as described in the Policy.
